تنطبق المصطلحات التالية على هذه الاتفاقية والشروط والأحكام:
المتدرب = كل شخص دفع مبلغ مالي مقابل مادة مطروحة في الموقع.
الزائر= كل شخص يتصفح الموقع.

1. يحق لموقعنا www.rehabsharif.com :
   تغيير أي شرط من شروط هذه الاتفاقية أو الإضافة عليها دون الرجوع للمتدرب أو الزائر وسوف يتم نشرها على هذه الصفحة.
2. للمتدرب الحق في الاستفادة من المواد بشكل شخصي فقط و لا يجوز نشرها أو مشاركتها مع أي فرد آخر ، صديق/عائلة/أبناء ..بأي حال من الأحوال
3. يحق للمتدرب فقط تسجيل المواد المطروحة والتي دفع قيمتها بالطريقة التي يراها مناسبة وذلك للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.
4. في حال وجود ملاحظات متعلقة بالمواد أو الموقع أو منسوبي الموقع يمكن للمتدرب أو الزائر أن يراسلنا عن طريق صفحة الاتصال  .
5. يتوجب على المتدرب والزائر تزويدنا بكافة المعلومات الصحيحة عند التسجيل في إحدى المواد المطروحة في موقعنا، مثل : الاسم كاملا/ البريد الالكتروني / الدولة  / رقم الجوال  – وأي بيانات إضافية نحتاجها في أي وقت مع وجوب تحديث بياناتك في حال حصول تغيير
6. يضمن موقعنا www.rehabsharif.com
   سرية البيانات الخاصة بالمتدرب والزائر وعدم إطلاع أي طرف عليها عدا منسوبي الموقع ، كما ونضمن عدم مشاركة هذه البيانات أو بيعها لطرف ثالث.
7. الدعم الفني سيكون جاهزاً لمساعدة المتدرب في حال وجود مشاكل في المواد المطروحة في موقعنا، وفي حال حدد الدعم الفني أن المشكلة سببها لدى المتدرب فلا يلزمنا حل المشكلة وتقع مسؤولية حلها كاملة على المتدرب
8. الاشتراك في المواد العلميـة :
   • الاشتراك في أي مادة خاصة بنا يتم فقط من خلال موقعنا
   • المادة عبارة عن عدة فيديوهات مسجلة مسبقاً ،  يمكن مشاهدتها في أي وقت .
   • كل مادة لها مدة محدد -3 سنوات- للمتابعة على الموقع , و لا نتحمل مسؤولية عدم مشاهدة المتدرب للمادة خلال هذه المدة لأي سبب من الأسباب .
   • مقدار الفائدة المكتسبة من المادة يختلف من مستمع الى أخر فلا يحق للمتدرب المطالبة باستعادة المبلغ ولا جزء منه بسبب عدم استفادته من المادة.
   • يجب على المتدرب تحويل مبلغ المادة كاملاً , و في حال وجود نقص يُلزم المتدرب بإكماله لاحقاً .
9. استعادة الأموال : لا يحق للمتدرب استعادة الأموال في إحدى الحالات التالية :
   • وصول المادة للمتدرب.
   • العجز عن مشاهدة المادة بسبب ظروف خاصة بالمتدرب.
   • مخالفة أحد بنود هذه الاتفاقية.
   • وجود مشكلة تقنية سببها لدى المتدرب تمنعه من إكمال المادة .
   • عدم استفادة المتدرب من المادة , حيث ان الفائدة من المادة تختلف من متدرب لآخر.
10. يلغى اشتراك المتدرب والزائر في حال كتابة تعليقات مسيئة وعبارات خادشه كما ويقعون تحت المسائلة القانونية مع عدم رد مبلغ الاشتراك ان وجد .
11. لا يجوز للمتدرب أو الزائر وضع روابط أو الترويج لأحد المنتجات في موقعنا.
12. يحق للإدارة إيقاف اشتراك المتدرب مع عدم رد المبلغ المالي في حال مخالفته لأي من بنود هذه الاتفاقية.
13. في حال إرسال مادة تقدم بمقابل مادي عن طريق الخطأ لمتدرب أو زائر لم يدفع مقابل هذه المادة ، عليه عدم فتحها أو نشرها ويُلزم بإبلاغ الفريق بذلك .
14. مقدار الفائدة المكتسبة من المادة العلمية يختلف من متدرب الى أخر ، لذا لا يحق للمتدرب المطالبة باستعادة المبلغ ولا جزء منه بسبب عدم استفادته من المادة ، كما أننا لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية بسبب تضرر المتدرب من المواد بسبب سوء فهمه لها أو بسبب تطبيقه الخاطئ لها أو لأي سبب من الأسباب.

حقوق المادة العلمية محفوظة
ولا يجوز نقلها أو جزء منها
